Natural Medical Aesthetics Scholarship:  Open to Canadian students entering their first year of study in either an Arts or Science degree. Students must have at least a 3.0 GPA.

Requirement:  500 word essay in regards to a major challenge or issue they see in the world and how they intend to help resolve it using their skills and knowledge they will attain during their studies.
Deadline Date: May 31, 2018
Value:  $1,000

The Electro-Federation Scholarship Program Electro-Federation Canada (EFC) and its members continue to help students across Canada reach their education and career objectives through the EFC Scholarship program.

Requirement:  Canadian citizens or permanent residents who have completed their first year of a recognized university or college in Canada, have maintained a minimum 75% average* and be registered in a full-time eligible post-secondary degree or diploma program.
Deadline Date: May 31,2018
Value:  $1,000

2018 Scholarship Program for Indigenous StudentsFocused on attracting Indigenous talent to the oil and gas industry. The program provides financial support to students with outstanding academic achievement and connects them with relevant work experience through co-op and summer work terms along with professional development through a mentorship program. 

Requirement: A Canadian citizen of Indigenous ancestry (status, non-status, Métis, Inuit), Entering or already enrolled in full time studies in a first bachelor degree program or first diploma program, In good academic standing over the last 2 terms of available marks.
Deadline Date: May 31,2018
Value:  There are three scholarships valued at $5,000 CAD for the bachelor level and two scholarships valued at $3,500 CAD for the diploma level.

Shim Law Scholarship: The Shim Law Scholarship was intended to create more awareness about the importance of Immigration in Canada.

Requirement: Create a creative and informative (i.e.: written guide, infographic, informative blog, short video) for one of the following topics:
1) Top 10 Things you need to know before immigrating to Canada
2) A step by step to immigrating to Canada as a Student
Deadline Date: June 30, 2018
Value:  $1,000

The Synergize Scholarship Fund: Granted to students attending a Canadian post-secondary educational institution.

Requirement: Open to any student enrolled in a Canadian University or College attending any undergraduate program.
Deadline Date: July 31, 2018
Value:  $1,000

Bill 7 Award A Post Secondary Scholarship for Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans, Two-Spirited and Queer Students in Ontario.

Requirement: Attending or accepted by a Post-Secondary Educational Institution in the Province of Ontario,pursuing your FIRST post-secondary program of study,identify as lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender, two-spirited or queer (LGBTQ), and you have demonstrated financial need
Deadline Date: Aug. 3, 2018
Value: 12 scholarships of $2,500 each

Spring/Summer CIFS: Students enrolled full-time for the spring and/or summer sessions can now submit a Continuation of Interest-Free Status application. Apply online via the OSAP website. Learn more about Interest-Free Status.

18/19 OSAP Application: Students can now apply for OSAP for the 2018/19 academic year. Apply via the OSAP website by June 30th, McMaster’s recommended deadline, if you require your funding in September.
